RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations
We follow a NO CANCELLATIONS POLICY hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Returns
Not the one? It happens. We’re here to make things as easy as possible. You can choose to return your Klutch Sports purchase for a refund or store credits.
Things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind for any reason within 7 days of receiving your online order, we offer returns for all items subject to the below conditions.
Returns Conditions
- *Unwrapping Video Required*: Upon receiving your package, please make an unwrapping video as proof of the condition in which the product arrived.- If the product is found to be damaged or not in good condition during this unwrapping process, we will gladly accept the return.
- *Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the unwrapping video clearly shows the condition of the product upon arrival. **Without this video, we will not accept the return.*
- Please ensure that the returned product is repackaged securely and sent back in the original packaging.
- All RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED WITH INNER PACKAGING INTACT. IF THE RETURNED ITEM/S DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS, THE RETURN/REFUND REQUEST WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Return To Sender Parcels
If your parcel is being returned to Klutch Sports, please reach out to our Customer Service team to arrange pickup at care@klutchports.in .PLEASE NOTE, RETURN & PICKUP FEES MAY APPLY. THE RATES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT UPON PROCESSING YOUR RETURN.
Processing Time For Returns
Once your return has arrived at our Chandigarh warehouse facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment and should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution. If you opted for a cash on delivery, provide your banking details while requesting your return or you can opt for store credits.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item has a fault, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault at care@klutchsports.in We classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged.
Exchanges
We are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change preference, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or store credits in accordance with our return conditions. We know you’ll find something else to love.
Returning Multiple Orders Within One Parcel
Items across multiple orders can be returned within one parcel. We recommend lodging each item via the return’s portal using the relevant order number. You may use the same label for all orders returned by selecting 'combine shipping labels' during lodgement. Please note, you are only able to select this option if you have not lodged your return with the courier prior to adding additional items for return. Please include all items within the one parcel, with the relevant returns information and fix the return label to the front of the parcel.
